I tailor my approach based on what you’re dealing with, drawing from EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT and Neurodivergent affirming work. Whether it is trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, executive functioning or anger that’s hurting your life, the goal is the same: understand what’s keeping you stuck and build changes that actually last.
Therapy works when you are honest about what’s going on and willing to do something different. My job is to help you see what you can’t see on your own and give you tools to move forward
